I’ll elaborate on the what and why of this session and then we’ll agree on the how (when and where to meet).
No, you don’t need to prepare anything.
However, to get the most out of our conversation, I recommend that your team brings reflections on your current situation, particularly challenges and obstacles.
20 participants, though I recommend limiting the group to 8-10 for a more focused and engaging conversation.
We can meet at my premises in Søborg, or at your offices in CPH, depending on your preference.
Plan to spend 1.5 to 2 hours for this conversation.
